What are the most important things to remember when you are hiring a caterer for an event? With all of the hustle and bustle going on during your event, whether it be a wedding, birthday party, business party, or even a quinceanera, there are some key items to remember when choosing the types of food you will be providing for your guests. Fritz’s Catering has a few suggestions:

Vegetarian Options

Here in South and Central Texas, there may not be very many vegetarians, but it is always recommended to plan ahead. We provide a variety of vegetarian and vegan options for your friends and family who don’t eat meat. Instead of just offering the typical salad, provide unique vegetable mixes and platters. We promise your guests will be extremely appreciative.

Allergies

There are many individuals who have an allergy to shellfish. This includes shrimp, crawfish, crab, and lobster. If you are going to be adding shellfish to your menu, ensure you also offer an alternative meat option for those who are allergic. Also, if the shellfish is in a sauce on top of another meat or fish, have the sauce available separately.
